Most of us think that the more we do, the better results we will achieve. It
isn´t like that! 
Teachers told us in school, our parents used to repeat that to us every day.
It is indeed correct that for achieving our goals we need to invest a lot of
ENERGY and TIME but only until a certain point: until we reach the so
called “PLATEAU”. In this guide I will only focus on what is related to
