I recently created my first, very simple and basic, workout planner!
The workout planner is meant to be used when performing various type of trainings but mostly strength workouts.
It contains the minimum parameters to be tracked like type of exercises, number or sets and repetitions and load. Additionally, it gives space for notes and for cardio session.
I would say this is a very basic and essential version.
I will be working on a new version, more elaborated, to bring you to the next level!
